About the Managing Consultant
Ivanova D. Amengor is a professional image consultant and an international business broker. She has 6 years rich experience in broadcast journalism. She worked with Net 2 television, Channel 'R' radio and had a stint with Metro television all based in Accra-Ghana. She was a senior news reporter, parliamentary correspondent at the parliament of Ghana and an anchor on prime time news for NET 2 television. She currently works for The Image Refinery Company Limited as the Managing Consultant.
She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Upper Limit Services Limited where she brokers businesses in the real estate, finance and commodity markets. She holds an MBA with specialization in marketing from the Ghana Institute of Marketing and Business Administration (GIMPA). Prior to that, she graduated from the university of Ghana, Legon with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English and Sociology. She has training in Project Management and also an alumna of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) where she had an executive course in Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership for Africa (WELA). She attended The South African Image Academy in Cape Town to train as an image consultant.
She has led and facilitated training programs for both corporate and individual clients. Some of the training courses she has handled include Anger Management, Interpersonal Skills, Personal Branding, Dining Etiquette, Workplace Civility, Customer Service, Projecting A Professional Image, Etiquette And Grooming For Today's Woman, Work-Life Balance, Workplace Diversity, Reputation Management and Emotional Intelligence.
Ms. Amengor groomed the 2015 Ghana's Most Beautiful contestants and she has given a presentation on the topic "Reputation Management As Team Work Through Effective Communication" at an international conference in Accra.
She serves on the board of Students For The Advancement Of Global Entrepreneurship (SAGE).
She promotes positive empowerment and development of human beings, particularly women. Her passion is to see people have a balanced life-style with polished behavior.
